We use different writing styles throughout our bullets comments.  Part of the purpose is to show the different ways you can say the same thing depending on your style or your organization's preferences.  But we don't repeat the same comment over and over in different styles because that would be a bit redundant. 

Here are some random samples:

 

1. He can always be trusted to represent the company well.

2. She takes on additional assignments without negatively affecting other work.  

For self assessment this bullet becomes:

I take on additional assignments without negatively affecting my other work.  

3. Mary demonstrates a significant commitment to the organization’s mission.

4. It is often difficult for Tony to locate information or documents when required.

5. Mark transformed a fledgling sales territory into a top producer.

  For self assessment this bullet becomes:

I transformed a fledgling sales territory into a top producer.

6. Represents the company poorly in most business interactions.

7. On many occasions she has provided new approaches to problem solving that show initiative and innovation.

8. Mark's ability to assimilate new and complex information resulted in a quick product launch in our market.

For self assessment this bullet becomes:

My ability to assimilate new and complex information resulted in a quick product launch in our market.

9.  Articulates directions and instructions clearly and effectively.

10. Mark questions current approaches and explores new, more viable ways to accomplish his objectives.

For self assessment this bullet becomes:

I question current approaches and explore new, more viable ways to accomplish my objectives.
