How soon can I download the file after purchase?
Immediately!!! The credit card approval takes about 10 – 20 seconds while you are online. Immediately after you will get a download window and you can then download the file to your computer or a disk.
What if I can’t download immediately?
An email is automatically sent to the email address you provided with a download link that is good for 24 hours. If you could not download immediately from the download window (or choose not to at that time) you can use the link provided in the email. If you can’t find the email try looking in any spam folder or blocker you may have. Occasionally emails from unknown sources are blocked. If your purchase was approved and all else fails call us at 262-451-0075 and we will correct the problem.
Is the transaction secure?
Our web site uses the Advanced Integration Method (AIM) for a secure connection for credit card processing. It provides one of the highest levels of security and transaction protection. You can verify this by looking at the web address in your web address box. It will begin with “https” instead of the usual “http”. The “s” at the end means secure.
Why does my credit card get declined?
The most common reason for a credit card to be denied is when the billing address you supply does not match up with what is on file at the bank that issued the credit card. This is a way of preventing unauthorized use of your credit card by someone else. Quite commonly people try to use their work address and this causes the rejection.
Can I make the transaction over the telephone or by fax?
It can be done but we would rather not if at all possible. Believe it or not but it is less secure by telephone or fax. Either telephone or fax we still input your credit card information over the secure network. If you do it directly at our website it decreases the amount of times your information is processed which is better for security.
Is the 1000 Bullets file available as a book?
This file is not available as a traditional type of book. You will not find it in any bookstore. You can purchase the digital file and print it out as you would any other word processing document.
Can I print out the 1000 Bullets file?
Yes, the file can be printed like any other word processing document. It is approximately 44 pages.
Can I pay by check or use a P.O.?
Yes we do accept checks, but you won’t be able to receive the file immediately. We must wait for your check to arrive and there is an additional processing fee. Click here to access the mail order form. I am sorry but we cannot accept P.O.s.
What is the difference between the MS Word version and the Text version?
The MS Word version will work with any word processor that is compatible with Microsoft documents. The Text version is the same file saved as a plain text file. This is for situations where you cannot use MS Word. The MS Word document looks better and you can move around the document easier.
Does the product only have positive comments or are there bullets for the below average worker?
